Swire Properties released a quarterly earnings report last week to shareholders showing that retail and condo sales at Brickell City Centre were much higher than last year.

Retail sales for the three months ended Mar 31, 2019 were up 32.8% at Brickell City Centre’s mall, the company said.

Condo transactions also increased. There were 22 condo sales since the last quarterly report.

As of May 7, there were 270 of 390 units sold at Rise Brickell City Centre, compared to 248 sold as of January 25. Prices there average in the high $600s per square foot.

No additional units were sold at the Reach condo tower, where 363 of 390 units are sold.

One Brickell City Centre, a proposed supertall tower, remains a future development under planning with no update on its completion date, the report states
