Wynwood 25 is set to become the first big residential project completed in the neighborhood, and is now in pre-leasing as completion nears.
Residents will begin moving in by May, the developer said in a press release.
The project includes 289 studio, one, two and three-bedroom apartments, and 30,000 square feet of retail.
Prices for the studios start in the the low $1,400s, with three bedrooms prices reaching the low $4,000s. Units include floor-to-ceiling windows, Italian kitchens and bathrooms, washers and dryers, and smart-home technology.
Kobi Karp is the architect, with Meshberg Group overseeing interior design and Naturficial the landscape designer. The design is said to pay homage to Wynwood’s unique urban aesthetic.
An art collection will include work from muralist EL MAC on the east façade. Miami-based artist, Typoe, will also complete a large-scale mural along the paseo wall
