Sunny Isles’ Ritz Carlton Residences tower is now officially topped off, after two and a half years of construction.

Developers Fortune International Group and Château Group celebrated with an event for brokers at the project’s sales gallery on Thursday night, while contractor Suffolk Construction held a party with 500 construction workers on Friday.

Construction first got underway in June 2016. Completion and delivery is on schedule for next year.

Arquitectonica’s design for the curvilinear tower is said to have been inspired by the rolling dunes of the adjacent beach.

A total of 212 residences are being built. Prices start at $2.6 million and go up to $25 million for a penthouse, and residents will have access to amenities that include a private club level on the 33rd floor.
