Wynwood Oasis, a campus with office, food and beverage, and retail use, is now being developed.
Oasis will include 35,000 square feet of heavily landscaped courtyard with outdoor dining experiences, including a 75 foot tall “Tower Bar” made out of shipping containers.
Completion is set for late 2019.
The 70,000 square foot lot was acquired in March of 2018 and included 35,000 square feet of warehouse.
In addition to retail and restaurant use, the warehouse will also be converted into creative office space.
Developer David Weitz of Carpe Real Estate Partners said that there has been a lot of interest from “very cool,” millennial driven tech companies to lease the office space, along with “great” food & beverage and dry goods retailers.
